Marathon training

Training for a marathon and this is perfect for my longer distance runs. Feel well hydrated and lots more energy compared to previous runs I was doing before. No indigestion problems all and easy on the stomach. Roll on the marathon in a couple of months :muscle::skin-tone-3:

Carbohydrate-electrolyte mix to aid water absorption during your most challenging events and training. It is specially made by Tailwind to let you avoid gut bombs and focus on your sport, trusted by the world’s best athletes.

Each stickpack is the equivalent of 2 servings of 100 calories from the larger pouches.

For endurance workouts, mix one stick pack (about 54g) in 500-750ml of water to sip over an hour. Test your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as your guide.

When dialled in, you'll feel energetic, your stomach will be comfortable, and hunger won't get in your way.

On hot days, keep the same calories per hour but increase the water added. To combine with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you consume elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut.

United Kingdom Shipping

Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday will ship the same day.

Orders placed after noon Monday to Friday will ship the next working day.

Orders placed at the weekends will be shipped on a Monday.

Orders are delivered Monday-Friday.

Orders Under £35

When your order is less than £35, we charge £3.50 for standard UK delivery.

Orders £35 or more

When your order exceeds £35, you qualify for free standard UK Shipping at checkout. If the order is placed before noon, your package will be sent that day, and we will always try to have it with you within three working days. If the order is placed after noon, it will be sent the next working day.
