Shipping

We use Evri and DPD. Both will provide you with tracking details.

You will receive shipping confirmation that will include your tracking details.

This means that your order is heading back to our warehouse. This can happen for lots of reasons. Email us at help@readysweatgo.co.uk and we will figure out what's happened and send out a replacement.

All our parcels ship from our warehouse just outside Glasgow.

We solely ship to the UK.

We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. Email us and we will try our best to assist. It won't be possible if it's been dispatched.

We only use recycled packaging that can be recycled again. Typically a cardboard box with recycled branded paper packaging tape. Sometimes, recycled paper mailbags. And we never use plastic or polythene fill.

Orders

These things can be frustrating! Check that your delivery and billing addresses are correctly input. Another card or Paypal can often work too. If you are still experiencing trouble please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

If you paid with PayPal you will received your money the same day. If you paid via debit or credit card, it can take up to 3-5 working days for the card issuer to return your money.

Unfortunately you can't cancel your order once it's been shipped. Email us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help.

Payments

After a few minutes, you should receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder if don't see it. If you haven't received an email, email us, and we’ll look into this for you.

Sometimes your bank can be quick to process payments. But they'll release the funds back if the order doesn't go through. This can take a few days to show back up on your account. If you don't get your payment back from your bank, contact them directly. Should you need to contact us, email us at help@readysweatgo.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

If you made multiple attempts to place your order, all of your attempts will be reflected as pending charges on your statement. Any charges that were declined will be removed from your statement within 3-5 business days. Your funds were not deducted because the declined charge(s) was unsuccessful.

Ready Sweat Go can take all major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Shopify Pay as well as Google and Apple Pay.

Return & Refunds

You can request a return up to 30 days after you order. Due to the nature of the products we sell, items need to be unused, undamaged and seals intact. Please return in the original packaging. Just email us here.

No. UK returns are free.

We aim to process returns within 5 working days.

If you're concerned or haven't heard from us, please get in touch  with your return tracking number and we’ll get you an update.

Refund payments can take from 3 to 5 days to appear in your account. If you have any concerns, talk with your bank; they can assist.
