Yip I don't have time to spare, doing this all on my own, so ten minutes later, out comes the most amount of fromage about a lad from Paisley that no one will ever read. It was terrible. It's not me, and although this will likely be rubbish too, it's my rubbish (and it's 100% recyclable, good for the environment, see!?).

Not a founder's 'tale of woe', my life is great. I've driven the straight line path, job, wife, kids, and I'm all the better for it. Proudly coming from the west of Scotland, I've always had a great fondness for the outdoors. Anyone who has followed me on social media (I think there are five people) will know it's me and the family or friends going up a hill, on a hill or near the sea. It's what makes me happy (and even makes me want to share it on social media, something that I don't do - this will have to change, sorry to those five people).

If everything is so great, Tony, why Ready Sweat Go? Ah yes! Well, at the end of the fantastic job, wife, and kids streak, we hit a small bump by losing my job through redundancy. Not to mention that I've had two heart attacks along the way, one a month after running the Loch Ness Marathon, which was a bummer as I thought those things shouldn't really happen. As I am no longer a spring chicken at 44, it's becoming more apparent just how fragile we all are. With so many demands being placed upon our time and by proxy on our physical health and, more importantly, in our modern world, our mental well-being.
