When it was announced that Courtney Dauwalter was bringing out a limited edition Tailwind, Dauwaltermelon, we had to get in on the action! If it's good enough for Courtney to use all day, then it's good enough for us!

And here you have it: easy drinking, super refreshing Watermelon and Lime Tailwind endurance fuel. Amazing. 

Tailwind’s starter packs are a fantastic idea on two main counts. The first is to let you try different flavours before committing to one of the larger bags. 

The second is that they are incredibly portable! Great for aid stations when you can pour one into a water bottle and keep your energy levels up and, more importantly, your gut in check!

Each Dauwaltermelon stickpack is the equivalent of 2 servings of 100 calories from the larger pouches. For endurance workouts, mix one stick pack in 500-750ml of water to sip over an hour.

Ensure you are consuming the right amount of calories during training, it's important to adjust them according to your personal needs. Use hunger as a guide, and once you have dialled in your calorie intake, you should feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. 

On hot days, it's important to maintain the same calories per hour, but increase the amount of water added to your drink. If you plan to combine Tailwind with other foods, make sure to reduce your intake accordingly to avoid overloading your gut.

Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday will ship the same day.

Two scoops of saltsTailwind’s Endurance Fuel contains 0.6g of potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium salts. This speeds the absorption of water more than if you were to drink water alone. Helping you replace what you sweat out.

Yes there are. The caffeinated blends are Raspberry, Cola, Match and Tropical.
These contain 35mg of caffeine, so 70mg for a two scoop serving. We find them particularly useful for when your event is likely to last more than a day and into the night, especially when sleep is a problem. Or for when you need the maximum amount of energy and focus.

Tailwind Endurance Fuel features a blend of electrolytes, dextrose and sucrose, in line with the body's natural absorption mechanisms, facilitating swift entry into the bloodstream without taxing the digestive system.

The ingredients are:-

Dextrose (Glucose), Sucrose, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Sea Salt, Potassium Chloride, Flavour (Mandarin Orange, Lemon, Berry, Matcha, Tropical Fruit, Raspberry, Cola), Calcium Carbonate, Caffeine(if its a caffeinated flavour) , Magnesium Oxide.

One serving (two scoops) Contains:-

This varies on the type of activity , the temperature and how long. Tailwind recommends drinking about 500ml to 750ml per hour.

One scoop is 27g, contains 100 calories, 25g of carbohydrates and 0.3g of salts. If its a caffeinated flavour it will also have 35mg of caffeine.
