Yogamatters - Massage Ball Spiky- 7cm

We love this little wonder. Yogamatters make these, but we've found them great for everyone. SIDeal for self massage, releasing uncomfortable muscles and knots plus relieving tension. They are also known for helping release toxins and improving circulation.

To use simply roll the ball around the area in need of massage. Or for tight back muscles, place the ball between your back and a wall and move from side to side, or up and down.

You can massage the soles of your feet by sitting in a chair and rolling your foot over the ball on the floor.

United Kingdom Shipping

Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday will ship the same day. 

Orders placed after noon Monday to Friday will ship the next working day. 

Orders placed at the weekends will be shipped on a Monday. 

Orders are delivered Monday-Friday.

Orders Under £35

When your order is less than £35, we charge £3.50 for standard UK delivery.

Orders £35 or more

When your order exceeds £35, you qualify for free standard UK Shipping at checkout. If the order is placed before noon, your package will be sent that day, and we will always try to have it with you within three working days. If the order is placed after noon, it will be sent the next working day.
